Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a store credit or exchange, only regular priced items may be refunded – discounted items (including coupon codes) we only offer a store credit, no exchange or returns are offered on sale items, postage charges to return products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact us via the contact page for a returns form within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out and include in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
Please use the provided online return/exchange form to indicate the reason for your return/exchange and include in the package when returning your item/s.
Please note: Bags & Co do not offer a free returns service for change of mind.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method
